Create an account for My Oracle Support (MOS)
You must set up a new account to access knowledge articles in My Oracle Support (MOS).
If you already have a MOS account, see Sign in to My Oracle Support (MOS).
Create a MOS account:
- Open My Oracle Support under “Support for Oracle Hardware, Software, and Managed Cloud,” select Sign in or create your Oracle account.
- Under “Don’t have an Oracle Account?,” select Create Account.
- Complete the required fields on the Create Your Oracle Account form, then select Create Account.
- Verify your email, then sign in with your new username and password.
Note:
When signing in to MOS for the first time, you may be prompted to enter an Account Name and User Group ID. If you don’t have this information, contact your Customer User Administrator (CUA).For additional information, open My Oracle Support and select Get Started with My Oracle Support, then scroll to "Option 3: Oracle Hardware, Software, and Managed Cloud customers" and follow the steps.
