Sign in to My Oracle Support (MOS)

Follow these steps to sign in with an existing MOS account.

  1. Open My Oracle Support under “Support for Oracle Hardware, Software, and Managed Cloud,” select Sign in or create your Oracle account.
  2. Enter your username, then select Next.
    • If you don’t know your username, select Forgot username? and follow the prompts.
    • If you need to reset your password, open My Oracle Support and scroll to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

    Note:

    When signing in to MOS for the first time, you may be prompted to enter an Account Name and User Group ID. If you don’t have this information, contact your Customer User Administrator (CUA).

    For additional information, open Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and select Get Started with My Oracle Support , then scroll to "Option 3: Oracle Hardware, Software, and Managed Cloud customers" and follow the steps.
