Download the PVP

You can download the PVP using a direct link or by searching in My Oracle Support.

Note:

A current password (passwords change every 90 days) is required to unlock/open the PVP package. If you don’t have the password, see Create a Service Request (SR) to obtain the PVP password.

Option 1: Use a direct link to download the PVP.

1. Select one of the following:
   • Oracle Clinical One Platform PVP
   • Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway Builder PVP

     Note:

     These URLs do not change with each new release and always point to the most recent PVP.
2. Select Download.
3. When prompted, enter the password and select Unlock.

Option 2: Locate and download the PVP in My Oracle Support

1. Open My Oracle Support.
2. Under “Support for Oracle Hardware, Software, and Managed Cloud,” select Sign in or create your Oracle account.
3. Enter your username and select Next.
4. From the Search for knowledge, service requests, and communities drop-down list, select Patches and Product Certification Matrix.
5. On the Patch Search panel, leave Patch Name or Number selected. In Enter patch name or number, enter one of the following.
   • Enter 28825486 for the Oracle Clinical One Cloud Service PVP.
   • Enter 37602287 for the Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway Builder PVP.
6. Select Apply.
7. On the Patches page, select the Patch Name for the PVP version you want.
8. Select Download, enter the password, and then select Unlock.
