10 Download the PVP from MOS (for Oracle on-prem customers)

Depending on the applications that you use in your work, you may need to perform some of the following procedures to sign in and download the Product Verification Pack (PVP). For example:
  • If you have access and work with other Oracle on-premise applications, you may already have a My Oracle Support (MOS) account that you can use to sign in and successfully download the PVP from MOS. You can also download the PVP from Secure Sites with your Clinical One account.
  • If you have access and work with Clinical One Cloud Service only, use that account to download the PVP from Secure Sites. If you want to download the PVP from MOS, contact your Oracle Point of Contact to sign in and access it for you.
