Locate knowledge articles in My Oracle Support

After you sign in with your account, you can search for content in My Oracle Support (MOS).

  1. Open the My Oracle Support Home page.
  2. Select Get Started with My Oracle Support.
  3. Scroll down to or search for the Navigating the Portal procedure section.
  4. Access the drop-down menu in the Search bar or select the Account drop-down menu as described in the section.
  5. Select the category you want.
  6. Enter the number of the article or search for the product by name and version.
