Step 1. Get an account for My Oracle Support (MOS)

If you already have a My Oracle Support (MOS) account (such as from an earlier Oracle Clinical One Platform deployment or by signing into Support Cloud), you do not need a new one. Both platforms use the same credentials.
If you were identified as the primary contact from your organization for the deployment of when the environment was first provisioned, you already have a MOS account. Check if you received a Welcome message from Oracle and were given a MOS account during that onboarding process.
If you need to create a new account or recover your credentials, follow the steps below:

Create a MOS account:

  1. Open My Oracle Support
  2. Under Support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Applications, select Sign in or Create your Oracle account.
  3. Access Creating a New User Account on My Oracle Support (Doc ID 1100133.1); you do not need an account to view this page.

Reset your MOS credentials

  1. Open My Oracle Support.
  2. Select Forgot Password?, Forgot username? or Need help signing in to recover your credentials.

Sign into your MOS account

  1. Open My Oracle Support.
  2. Under Support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Applications, select Sign in with your commercial cloud account.
  3. Enter your organization’s name in the Tenancy field.
  4. Enter your User Name and Password, as provided in your account activation email.
