Step 1. Get an account for My Oracle Support (MOS)

You must set up a new account to access knowledge articles in My Oracle Support (MOS).

If you already have a MOS account, see Sign in with your My Oracle Support account.

Create a MOS account

To locate steps to create a MOS account:

1. Open My Oracle Support Home Page.
2. Select Get Started with My Oracle Support.
3. Scroll to or search for the Register as a New My Oracle Support User procedure.
4. Follow the steps in the appropriate procedure to create a MOS account.

• Sign in with your My Oracle Support account
  You must sign in and authenticate to access knowledge articles in My Oracle Support (MOS).
• Locate knowledge articles in My Oracle Support
  After you sign in with your account, you can search for content in My Oracle Support (MOS).
