1 About the Release Notes
The Release Notes describe the enhancements and issues fixed in the current minor release. For enhancements and fixes from past releases, see the Change Log. For information about the general release cadence, see the Release Schedule.
The guide also explains how to access the Known Issues list and provides information about system requirements, the Product Verification Pack (PVP), and the Release Implementation Assessment (RIA) document.
After the first patch is applied to a minor release, the Patch Log is added at the top of the table of contents. For each patch to that minor release, the Patch Log describes the issues fixed and, if applicable, the enhancements included. After Clinical One Cloud Service is upgraded to the next minor release, the Patch Log and the What's new and Fixed issues sections for the previous release are moved to the Change Log.

Release Notes availability
Minor releases (for example, 26.x), and patchset (maintenance) releases (for example, 26.x.x)
- Draft Release Notes are available upon request two weeks before the assessment environment upgrade begins. Reach out to your Oracle point of contact to request a copy.
- Final Release Notes are published on the Oracle Help Center (OHC) after the assessment environment upgrade is complete.
- If updates are needed, a revised version is published after the production upgrade is complete.
Patch releases (for example, 26.x.x.x)
- Draft Release Notes are generally available upon request five business days before the production upgrade begins. For urgent patch releases, they may be available with less notice.
- Final Release Notes are published on the OHC after the production upgrade is complete.
