Download Log report

Users assigned to a sponsor study role can generate this report to view a history of all archive downloads performed by sponsor and site users in the Clinical One Cloud Service user interface.

Requests downloaded from the Oracle sFTP server are not included in this report. For more information, see About eTMF.

A final version of this report is included in the pluggable database (PDB) package that is provided to the customer during the study decommission process. For more information, see Decommission a production study.

Modes:

This report is available only in Testing and Production modes.

Required permissions:

Users assigned to a sponsor study role that includes the following permission can generate this report.

• Run and download all PDF request types and Audit reports. Enable Share with Sites, and Site Confirmation

Filter behavior:

• To get started, see Generate an archive or report.
• Leave the filters at their default values to include all data in the report, or apply filters to refine the output. Filters include:
  • Request Name
  • Completed Date
  • Request Type
  • Site Name
  • Subject Number
  • Download Date
  • Username
• Selecting one or more Site Name values limits Subject Number options to subjects associated with the selected site(s).
• If a Site Name selection is removed, the Subject Number filter is not refreshed. Previously selected subjects remain, but the report output includes only subjects associated with the remaining selected site(s).
• If Subject Number is selected first, Site Name becomes unavailable.
• The Subject Number filter is disabled when Kit Chain of Custody (Blinded) is selected as the Request Type.
