I can't conserve a subject's reusable kits

If you can't conserve and re-dispense reusable kits, there are two options.

  1. Your study might not allow the conservation and re-dispensation of a subject's kit. If you think your workflow should include kit conservation, reach out to your clinical research associate (CRA).
  2. A subject's reusable kit might be expired or damaged. For example, if a kit is expired or suffered a temperature excursion, the system doesn't conserve it, because it isn't safe to be re-dispensed to the subject. If none of a subject's reusable kits can be conserved, just dispense new kits to them.

If you think some of the reusable kits that can't be conserved aren't damaged at all or shouldn't expire, work with your clinical research associate (CRA) to make sure those kits are correctly marked in the inventory.
