I can't dispense devices

If you can't dispense devices there are several ways to troubleshoot the issue, according to the type of device that you're trying to dispense.

For devices with device-to-cloud connections: When I enter the access code, a message says that the code expired

If you want to dispense devices to subjects, but you aren't able to do so, maybe the initial access code and password for those devices expired. If that's the case, follow these steps to see if you can troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Along the top, make sure Subjects is selected.
  2. If you have access to multiple sites for the study, select a site from the Site drop-down in the upper-right.
  3. In the table, locate the subject that you want to dispense devices to. To filter your view of subjects, enter some or part of the subject number in the Search field in the upper right above the table of subjects, and press Enter.
  4. Click the visit during which you want the dispensation to take place.
  5. Enter the data for that visit, and click Save.
  6. Click Dispense.
  7. In the Dispense Kits wizard, review the devices that you're about to dispense. Click Next.
  8. Click Refresh Codes for the device that you're about to dispense.
  9. If you want to dispense multiple devices that may have expired initial access codes, click Next, and repeat this step for every device.

For devices with a cloud-to-cloud connection: Vendor code doesn't work

If your study is using a cloud-to-cloud connection with Oracle mHealth Connector and you aren't able to activate your devices using the vendor code, contact your CRA.

I can't dispense an IoT-enabled device configured through Oracle mHealth Connector

If your study allows dispensing IoT-enabled devices configured through Oracle mHealth Connector but this option doesn't appear as you expect, contact your CRA.
