Kits and dispensation
- A shipment contains extra kits
If you receive a shipment that contains extra kits that are not listed in Clinical One Cloud Service, contact your CRA with the kits' information. The CRA can add the kits to your inventory. - I can't conserve a subject's reusable kits
If you can't conserve and re-dispense reusable kits, there are two options. - I can't dispense devices
If you can't dispense devices there are several ways to troubleshoot the issue, according to the type of device that you're trying to dispense. - I can't find the kit Clinical One Cloud Service dispensed to a subject
First, you must dispense a replacement kit. Next, work with your CRA to figure out your next steps. - I dispensed a device in error
If you dispensed a device in error at a site, contact your clinical research associate for assistance, and work together to correct the issue. - I titrated up or down in error
If you titrated up or down in error, there are ways to fix the error from within Clinical One Cloud Service. Your next steps depend on the blinding status of the kits that were dispensed. - Clinical One Cloud Service doesn't let the subject titrate
There are multiple situations when a subject might not be allowed to titrate. Depending on the situation, the subject might be able to remain on their current treatment arm, or you might need to reach out to your CRA to learn about other options.
