I can't find the kit Oracle Clinical One Platform dispensed to a subject

First, you must dispense a replacement kit. Next, work with your CRA to figure out your next steps.

  1. Dispense a replacement kit to the subject who needs the kit right now.
  2. Contact your CRA to determine if the kit was dispensed in error and, if so, which subject received it. Your CRA will walk you through your next steps, which might include dispensing a replacement kit, re-entering subject data, and updating the status of kits that were dispensed in error or never dispensed to a subject.
  3. If the kit was not dispensed to any other subjects in the study, mark the kit as Missing.
