Complete a drug reconciliation form

Use this form to keep track of drug reconciliation as you mark your kits for destruction.

1. On the Home page, select the study you would like to work on. For more information, see Access your study in any mode.
2. Along the top of the page, select Supplies.
3. Below the study name, select the Study Inventory tab.
4. Filter your view as required. For more information, see Filter kits in a study's inventory.
5. In the table, check the boxes of the kits you would like to appear on your drug reconciliation form.

   Note:

   Only users with the appropriate permission will be able to see and select unblinded pharmacist kits. For more information on permissions, see Descriptions of permissions in Clinical One.
6. On the right, below Kit Settings, select Pending Destruction from the Kit Status dropdown.
7. Enter a reason, then select Update Kits.
8. Complete the fields of the form as necessary.
9. Click either Save or Save & Close.

   Note:

   If the destination site for the kits you are performing drug reconciliation for does not have the capability to destroy kits, Save & Close is replaced by Update & Ship.
