Unlock a subject at the form or visit level

Sponsor users can unlock forms and visits that were previously locked to allow users to modify subject data.

Consider the following:
  • You must be assigned the Lock Subject Data Entered at a Site permission to unlock forms or visits that were locked.
  • If the questions's data you would like to unlock has been previously cleared, it may be necessary to refresh the page to view the Unlock option in the menu.

Note:

If all questions on a form are marked for unlocking at the question level, any hidden questions on the form will also be unlocked.
