Lock a subject's data

You can lock a subject's data at a question, form, visit or subject level. Also, you can lock multiple visits or subjects at the same time.

• Lock a question, form, or visit for a subject
  You can lock specific questions, forms, or entire visits to prevent users from editing subject data.
• Unlock a question, form, or visit for a subject
  Sponsor users can unlock questions, forms, and visits that have been previously locked. This allows users to modify subject data again.
• Lock multiple visits for a subject
  From the Data Management view, you can lock multiple visits for a subject at once.
• Unlock multiple visits for a subject
  From the Data Management view, you can unlock multiple visits for a same subject at once.
• Lock data at the subject level
  From the Data Management view, you can lock entire subjects to prevent users from editing their data.
• Unlock data at the subject level
  From the Data Management view, you can unlock previously locked data for an entire subject.
