Unlock data at the subject level

From the Data Management view, you can unlock previously locked data for an entire subject.

When you select multiple subjects, the Manage menu may display both Lock and Unlock options. Subjects to which the selected option does not apply are skipped. Similarly, if a subject is partially locked, choosing Unlock updates only the necessary data to match the selected state for the entire subject. Hidden questions within the selected subjects are also unlocked.
To performs this task, you must be assigned with the Lock Subject Data Entered at a Site permission.

Note:

If any data is frozen, the data remains read-only. Site users cannot add or update data unless the forms and questions are both unfrozen and unlocked. See Freeze and unfreeze data.
