Unlock multiple visits for a subject

From the Data Management view, you can unlock multiple visits for a same subject at once.

When you select multiple visits, the Manage menu may display both Lock and Unlock options. Visits to which the selected option does not apply are skipped. Similarly, if a visit is partially locked, choosing Unlock updates only the necessary data to match the selected state for the entire visit. Hidden questions within the selected visits are also unlocked.
To performs this task, you must be assigned with the Lock Subject Data Entered at a Site permission.

Note:

If any data is frozen, the data remains read-only. Site users cannot add or update data unless the forms and questions are both unfrozen and unlocked. See Freeze and unfreeze data.
