Use the search fields to find discrepancies

You can use the Search in Column field in conjunction with the adjacent Enter Value field to search for discrepancies that match your search criteria.

Using Search in Column in conjunction with filters

  • If there are filters in effect when you search in these fields, the system applies the filters and searches on these values within the filter results.
  • If there are no filters in effect, the system searches across all discrepancies.

    Tip:

To see which filters are in effect, click the down arrow in the Filter: ON indicator.

  1. After you select a study, click Data Management. Data Management.
  2. Select Discrepancies from the drop-down menu.
  3. Start your query by selecting a column to search within from the Search in Column drop down list. You can either scroll through the list of columns and select one or start typing the name of the column to narrow the list.
  4. Use the free text Enter Value field to type a full or partial value for your search criteria.

    Note:

If you selected Date Range in the Search in Column field, a Select Date Range function displays. Selecting the field opens a menu with two calendar pickers so you can accurately select valid dates to search.
  5. To execute the search, press Enter on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass icon in the Enter Value field.
