Step 1: Create Topics Service user

For you to create a Topics Service user, you must configure three servers Signal Server, TopicsServer, and UserProvisioningServer

1. In a Web browser, navigate to the Oracle Enterprise Manager.
   For example: https://< servername >:7002/em.
2. Log in using the administrator credentials provided to you by the system administrator.
3. From the Weblogic Domain drop-down on the upper left, select Security, Security Realms, and then myrealm.
4. From the Settings for Security Realm window, in the Users and Groups tab, select Create.
5. In the User Properties window, insert the following credentials:

   Field names	Description
   Name	Name of the server. For example:TopicsService
   Description	Description of the server. For example:Topics service user to communicate with TopicsServices
   Provider	Provider identification. For example: DefaultAuthenticator
   Password	Your chosen password. For example: yourPassword123

   A confirmation message appears and the topicsService on a Summary page.
6. Check the Create a JDBC Data Source: Review page and select Create for the confirmation message to appear.
