Enable, disable, or delete a user
All Oracle Empirica features require that users are enabled before they can use those features. Because users leave login groups and organizations, you can also disable or delete users.
Enable or disable an account
Users can be enabled or disabled by editing the user or selecting the Row Action menu on the Users page. You can disable multiple users using the Select Rows option.
If Disable is selected from a user's Row Action menu, a user account is disabled. Disabled users cannot log in, receive notifications, or have objects such as topics assigned to them. The principal user can no longer switch to that alternate account.
Delete a user
