Activity notification emails now use an Oracle address for sender and now only received messages show the blue "new message" dot.

Activity notification emails

We made an enhancement in this release that changes the sender information for notification emails sent to Oracle Site Select users. Now, when a site completes specific actions, such as uploading or signing a CDA or reaching an internal task, the notification will use the "[e-mail]" address in the email's From field instead of the site user's email address. This change will help prevent the emails from being marked as spam or fraudulent.

Note:

Please ensure your organization has "[e-mail]" marked as safe or added to your allow list.

New message dot

The blue new message dot no longer shows next to messages that are not received messages. In Oracle Site Select, if the most recent message is one sent to a site, the blue dot will not show, and the blue dot will not show in the Site portal if the most recent message is one sent to Oracle Site Select.
