What's new
With release 25.1.1, Oracle Site Select introduces feature enhancements and final user interface updates to conform to Oracle design standards. We’ve described the improvements in the feature area descriptions in these release notes.
- Account settings
 We enhanced the Account users and access page to improve usability, made permission descriptions easier to see, and added the ability for you to add users when your organization uses Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
- Communications
 Activity notification emails now use an Oracle address for sender and now only received messages show the blue "new message" dot.
- Dashboards
 We added a new label in the My Dashboard Communications column, and you'll see the Email invitations dashboard in the Dashboards menu if you have the appropriate permission.
- Datasources
 Standard and custom columns now indicate if they're scorable.
- Document management
 We removed documents that aren't actionable from the Document submissions page, added error messaging for documents that don't meet requirements, improved the Document library upload modal, and more.
- Feasibility surveys
 Oracle Site Select now uses a new method to record Feasibility survey task start information.
- Reporting
 Oracle Site Analyze reports built in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) now support study-level filtering, and all survey question types are now supported in the reporting views and daily CSVs.
- Site details drawer
 We relocated the Site scorecard to a new Scorecard tab in the site details drawer, the Workflow tab provides more information about Generic Document tasks, the Site network assigned selector has improved helper text, and we added hover text for disabled Final approval option on the CDA task Actions menu.
- Site grid
 This release includes multiple site grid enhancements that improve usability, add new messaging, restore previously available functionality, and more.
- Site portal
 We updated study close message behavior, Site portal users can now invalidate the most recent version of a document in the site's Library documents tab, the Feasibility survey version history drawer’s subtext now clarifies available actions, and more.
- Site profile
 Now you can invalidate the most recent version of a document in a site's Library documents, the source of contact information for contacts listed in the Study contacts tab has changed, we improved error messages for percentage input fields, and more.
- Site workflow
 We changed the email address requirement for the workflow invitation process.
- Study setup
 We improved the display of the study's site workflows list, added source code buttons for Study and Account level workflow templates, restored explanatory text for unassigned workflows, and more.
- User experience
 With this release, it's easier to navigate and access information. We made multiple updates. For example, the study home button is now labeled "Home," the study picker includes a down arrow to make it stand out, and site count and cycle time statistics have moved to a table on the study home page.
