Reporting
Oracle Site Analyze reports built in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) now support study-level filtering, and all survey question types are now supported in the reporting views and daily CSVs.
Study level filtering
You can now manage which users have access to study-specific data in Oracle Site Analyze reports built in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), just as you did with Tableau. This enhancement ensures that only authorized users can view reports for assigned studies.
If you are assigned the Analyze reports permission in a Team, you can only see data for the studies included in the Team(s) where you hold that permission. If you are assigned the Analyze reports permission in a Role, you will have access to all studies in Oracle Analytics Cloud, which provides broader access compared to Team-based permissions.
If you are assigned both a Role and a Team with Analyze reports permission, you will be able to see reports with all study data.
Survey question types
In this release, we updated reporting views and daily CSVs to support all recently added Alchemer survey question types and data columns. The "total_possible_score" column, representing the maximum possible score a site’s survey may achieve, are also included in the site_survey_response and survey_response_questions views.
The following question types and data columns were added:
- total_possible_score
- Numeric and percentage grid
- Textbox grid
- Dropdown menu grid
- Checkbox grid
- Radio grid
- Continuous sum
- Textbox list (numeric and percentage validation)
- Dropdown menu list
- Checkbox list
- Radio button list
