STEP 8: Send the study user the authorization email with the study URL details

After all other pre-requisites are complete, the study URL details can be sent to the user. For SSO and non-SSO studies, the process to send the authorization email can be automated or can be done manually.

SSO and non-SSO study users receive one email with the study URL for each study they are given access to.
