The 24.12.4 enhancements and changes listed in this document are not available to customers until they are upgraded to NetSuite for Government 24.12.4. Your access to these features and SuiteApps is subject to the terms of service in your NetSuite for Government contract.

NetSuite for Government Version 24.12.4 – Release Date December 30, 2024

Human Resources and Payroll:

  • Payroll History and Accumulator Tracking:
    In the Calculate Employee Payroll Historical Totals:
    • When a user selects:
      • The Calculate > By Pay Period radio button, User should see an updated list of available pay periods, including those with a Commit - Submitted or Committed status, in addition to the Committed - Historical options.
      • If the Calculate by Date Range button is selected, the system will retrieve all pay periods with a Committed - Historical, Commit - Submitted, or Committed status, where the payment date falls within the specified date range. - If the Calculate by Pay Period button is chosen, the calculation will only consider the selected pay period(s).
      • During the calculation the system reevaluates the audit map, and resets the Pay Bucket Mapping, Pay Buckets, Hour Bucket Mapping, and Hour Buckets. The Pay and Hour Bucket Mappings will be updated on the Pay Lines using the current mapping from their related Hour/Pay Codes to create the Hour/Pay Bucket ±.
      • The system will delete the Employee Totals if they already exist and regenerate the Employee Payroll Totals with the updated mappings.
