Dashboard

The Payment Cloud Service dashboard highlights the status of different account holders, accounts, locations, terminals, and chargebacks. It shows action items including:
  • Account holder and statuses with drill-downs to Active, Inactive, Suspended, Pending, and Closed.

  • Account holders requiring verification with drill-downs to Not started, Needs Action, and Failed. It also shows other statuses including Passed and In Progress.

  • Account statuses with drill-downs to Active, Inactive, and Incomplete. It also shows other statuses including Suspended and Closed.

  • Locations requiring attention with drill-downs to Incomplete, Not Assigned, Assigned, and In Progress.

  • Terminals with drill-downs to those that have been assigned, reassignment scheduled, registration scheduled, and those with registration errors.

Navigation Menu

The navigation menu can be found by clicking the Ask Oracle icon red square with white O in center located at the bottom right corner of the page. From here, you can:
  • View your profile settings, change the date and time, or change the time zone by clicking your initials grey box with the initials HB inside
  • Access the help icon white question mark in a circle
  • Sign out
  • View links to each of the areas you are permitted to access
