Users and Groups
Users and groups, are managed in your Oracle Cloud Account. You must activate your cloud account and/or log in to your cloud account in order to create and manage users, and also their roles.

An administrator in Oracle Identity Cloud Service first assigns users to groups. These groups give users access to different features in Payment Cloud Service. Users that need additional access can be assigned to more than one group.
Within Payment Cloud Service the Payment Administrator can view all users, their groups, account holders, accounts, and locations they have access to in the Users page.
