Reassign Location

Reassign a location from one account to another.

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

To reassign a location to another account, the original account must be assigned to the same account holder as the new account.

Reassign from Locations Page

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Locations at the bottom of the dashboard.

  2. Click the actions menu icon of 3 dots next to the location you want to reassign and then select Reassign Location.

  3. Select the account you want to assign the location to and then click Reassign.

Reassign from Account Holders Page

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Account Holders at the bottom of the dashboard, click Accounts, and then click Reassign Location.

  2. In the Move From area, select the Account, and then select the Locations you want to reassign.

  3. In the Move To area, select the Account to which you want to reassign the locations.

  4. Click Reassign.

The location will have a pending status until the reassignment is complete, and then the status updates to active.
