4 Locations
Locations, or stores, represent physical storefronts. Each one must be assigned to an account. You can only view locations you are permitted to see and you must have the correct privileges to manage the account and see the locations page.

From the Accounts page, click the account you want to view locations for, click Locations to see all those that are assigned to the account. From there, you can assign or reassign a location, and update location details.

The Locations page is where you can view all locations, assign or reassign a location to an account, and update address details.

You can define a business day from the Locations page, including specifying the hours and also whether the day should be counted when the transaction is received or fulfilled. See Define a Business Day for the Organization and Define a Business Day for a Location for more details.

You can view locations if you have the correct permissions, if you have the Add/Update Accounts privilege, and if you are an account owner. There are several statuses listed here including:

Payment Status

Pending: details sent to payment provider to create the store, but not yet complete.

Active: store was created and can now process payments.

Inactive: store is not active.

Inactive with Modifications: store is not active but modifications, like refunds, are allowed.

Closed: store is closed.

Assignment Status

Assigned: location was created as a store with the payment provider.

Unassigned: location has created a store but all address details are complete.

Incomplete: location address details are incomplete and must be resolved. A location can’t create a store until this is complete.

In Progress: location request to create a store, but it’s not yet active.

Before transactions can take place at a location, terminals in that location must be onboarded. See the Payment Terminals chapter for more details.
Each action you can take within the Locations page, like adding a location or reassigning one, requires certain privileges. These privileges are defined at the beginning of each section.
