Grant Access to a Location

Define which locations a user can access.

You must be a Payment Administrator to grant access to a location. For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

You can grant access to locations at the user level and at the location level.

  1. To grant access at the user level:
    1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Users at the bottom of the dashboard.
    2. Click edit image shows a pencil icon next to the user you want to update.
    3. In the Locations tab, click Not Assigned.
    4. Select the locations and then click Save.
  2. To grant access at the location level:
    1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Locations.
    2. Click the actions menu icon of 3 dots next to the location you want to assign users to and then select Manage Users.
    3. Click Not Assigned.
    4. Select the users that should have access to the location and then click Save.
