Close Account

Close out an account no longer in use.

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

Note:

  • The account cannot be reopened after closure.

  • You must be the owner of the account to close it.

  • The account cannot be closed if there are any locations assigned.

  • The account cannot be the default account for the associated account holder.

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Accounts at the bottom of the dashboard, and then select the account you want to close.
  2. Click Actions and then click Close Account.
