Unassign an Account Holder Owner

Remove an owner of an account holder.

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

Each account holder must have at least one owner.

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Account Holders at the bottom of the dashboard, and then select the account holder you want to unassign an owner from.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Find the owner you want to unassign from the account holder, click the actions menu icon of 3 dots, click Unassign User, and then click Unassign.
