Assign an Account Holder Owner

Define which users can manage the account holder.

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

Each account holder must have at least one owner. The user that initially adds the account holder becomes the first owner and can then assign ownership to other users.

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Account Holders at the bottom of the dashboard, and then select the account holder you want to assign an owner to.
  2. Click Users and then click Assign User.
  3. Select the User and Role and then click Assign.
