12 Adding a Channel

Channels represent transaction types, who is processing them, and who they are processed for. Each channel is linked to a service provider that has been approved and validated.
  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Create new channel, and then click Start.
  2. Select whether the channel makes e-commerce payments or in-person payments and then click Continue.
  3. Select either a third-party service provider or select the option that you self-develop your platform and then click Continue.
  4. Enter the Channel name and then select the Application type.
  5. (Optional) Select Additional channel owners and then click Add.
  6. (Optional) Select URL and then click Add.
  7. (Optional) Enter a Description for the channel and then click Continue.
  8. Select the locations and then click Done.
    If you need to add another location, click Add new location, enter location details, and then click Add.
