Viewing API Logs

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

The API logs show the last 7 days of transactions.

1. Click Channels and then click the channel.
2. Click API Logs.
3. The search bar lets you enter specific details and filter the list of API logs. The following table describes each column you see.

   Column Name	Description
   Date and Time	Date and time of when the transaction event (for example, authorization or capture) occurred.
   Endpoint URL	Destination URL that the event was sent to.
   Event	Type of event.
   Event Log ID	Unique identifier for the event.
   Client Transaction ID	Service provider's identifier for the event transaction.
   Oracle Transaction ID	Oracle's identifier for the event transaction.
   Payment Reference	Unique reference for the payment event transaction.
   Status	Status of the event, whether is was accepted or not.
   Details	Click details to view the actual event that was sent. You can then view details or click Request or Response for additional information.
