Viewing Webhook Logs

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

1. Click Channels and then click the channel.
2. Click Webhook Logs.
   If you want to view a single webhook long, click Webhooks and then click View Log for the specific webhook.
3. The search bar lets you enter specific details and filter the list of webhook logs. The following table describes each column you see.

   Column Name	Description
   Date and Time	Date and time of the API request.
   Request Endpoint	The endpoint where the request was made.
   Oracle API	Name of the Oracle API.
   API User	The name of the API user making the request.
   Client Transaction ID	The service provider's identifier for the transaction.
   Oracle Transaction ID	Oracle's identifier for the transaction.
   Payment Reference	Unique payment reference for the transaction.
   Response Status	HTTP status code of the request.
   Details	Click details to view the actual API request and response. You can then view details or click Event Body or Response for additional information.
