Run	Modify	While the run status is Running
Run	Optimize	While the run status is Running or Auto Run

Run (Administrator only)	Delete	When any recommendation in the run has been Submitted or Approved
Batch Run	Optimize	Scheduled Batch Runs cannot be manually optimized.
Recommendation Restrictions
Recommendation	Modify	When the recommendation status is Reviewed, Submitted, or Approved, or when calculation or recommendation changes are pending.
Recommendation	Recalculate	When the recommendation status is Reviewed, Submitted, or Approved.
