Marketing Download Extract Enhancements

Added the option to include new fields in the Marketing Download Extract files. To include the new fields listed below for each download file, set the Parameter for the MDEXPRT periodic function to 2.

• Marketing Download Customer Address Change Extract file: Includes the RELATE_ID, if populated, from the Customer Sold To table as the ORCE Customer ID.

  The RELATE_ID field is populated with the Customer Engagement customer number if the ORCE Customer Integration (L37) system control value is set to INTERACT.

• Marketing Download Order Header Extract file includes:

  • The SLS_SALESMAN_# identifying the sales representative from the Order Header table as the Salesman #.

  • The ORIGINATING_STORE from the Order Header table as the Originating Store.

  • The OST_ARRIVAL_DATE from the Order Ship To table as the Ship To Arrival Date.

  • The OHE_E_COMM_ORDER_NUMBER from the Order Header Extended table as the Alternate (Ecommerce) Order Number.

  • The RELATE_ID, if populated, from the Customer Sold To table as the ORCE Customer ID. See above for when the RELATE_ID is populated.

• Marketing Download Order Detail Extract file includes:

  • The ODT_ARRIVAL_DATE from the Order Detail table as the Arrival Date.

  • The ODT_B_O_WAREHOUSE from the Order Detail table as the Backorder Warehouse.

• Marketing Download Customer Inquiry Extract file includes the RELATE_ID, if populated, from the Customer Sold To table as the ORCE Customer ID. See above for when the RELATE_ID is populated.

If there is no value for a numeric field, such as a date or an ID number, it is set to 0 in the extract file. If there is no value for an alphanumeric field, it is empty in the extract file.
