Customer Engagement Customer Service Enhancements

Additional enhancements related to the integration with Oracle Retail Customer Engagement include:

  • Restarting the service is no longer required to have changes to the following properties (PROP) take effect:

    • ORCE_DAY_PHONE_LABEL

    • ORCE_EVE_PHONE_LABEL

    • ORCE_FAX_PHONE_LABEL

  • Version 3.1 of the Customer Service API is now supported. To enable this version, change the  ORCE_CUSTOMER_SERVICE_SUFFIX property (PROP) to /OrceWebServices/v3_1/CustomerServicesApiService?wsdl. However, note that this property is not updated automatically, and there is no additional functionality provided by changing the version number.
