Customer Activity Summary

The Customer Activity Summary zone of the Overview tab provides a summary of the activities associated with the customer's account over the period of time that your utility defines in the Master Configurations. For example, the summary cold include activities for the past three months.

This zone provides a quick and easy way to catch up on the important activities that could be impacting your customer, and can help you better understand the state of their account.

The summary is generated using AI, and is based on the details in the customer's activities. At the bottom of the summary, are two notes:

• A description of what information was used to generate the summary.
• A disclaimer that the summary was created using generative AI, and should be reviewed for accuracy.

Note:

This zone is available only for Cloud customers who have enabled AI. For customers who don't have this zone, the Recommendations zone spans the top portion of the Overview tab.
