Using the Overview Tab
You use the Customer Intelligence Hub Overview tab to view basic information about the account's current status. The tab header includes the current account balance, and provides these zones where you can view additional information:
- Recommendations
- Customer Activity Summary (Cloud customers only)
- Bill Comparison
- Financial Highlights
- Customer Activity History
Note:
The above image does not include the Customer Activity Summary zone. This zone is only available to Cloud customers who have enabled AI.
