Bill Comparison

The Bill Comparison zone includes a chart that you can use to compare a customer's current bill to their previous bill and to the corresponding bill from the same time period the previous year. When you place your cursor over a bar in the chart, you can view the date and amount associated with the bill. If you select a bar, the View Bill Summary drawer opens on the right side of the screen and provides details about the bill. You can then select specific bill segments to view additional details, or you can select the bill ID link to view the Bill page.
