Accessing the Premises Drawer
You use the Premises drawer to:
- View a list of all premises associated with the billing account
- Report an outage
- View meter reading data
- Access the Premise page to view additional details
To access the Premises drawer:
- From Account 360, search for the billing account you want to view.
- Click on the Premise and Service Details button at the top of the screen.
- The Premise drawer opens where you can view all of the premises associated with your selected billing account.
- Click Close at the bottom of the drawer to return to Account 360, or continue on to one of the following tasks:
