Accessing the Premises Drawer

You use the Premises drawer to:

  • View a list of all premises associated with the billing account
  • Report an outage
  • View meter reading data
  • Access the Premise page to view additional details

To access the Premises drawer:

  1. From Account 360, search for the billing account you want to view.
  2. Click on the Premise and Service Details button at the top of the screen.
  3. The Premise drawer opens where you can view all of the premises associated with your selected billing account.
  4. Click Close at the bottom of the drawer to return to Account 360, or continue on to one of the following tasks:
