Analytics Application Integrations

Integration with external analytics applications provide the following functionality:

• Program Settlement Creation: The external analytics application sends files which contain the actual consumption or demand reductions achieved for the duration of the event for each customer. These records are used to determine financial settlement data. There are two types of these files:

  • "KWH Avoided" files contain consumption reduction values. See Processing KWH Avoided Files for more information.

  • "KW Drop" files contain demand reduction values. See Processing KW Drop Files for more information.
