Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Integrations

The Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Integration to Oracle Utilities Digital Assets Cloud Service supports integration with Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service. This integration provides the following functionality:

• Initial and incremental extract of customer data including persons, service points, and service agreements from Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (or Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter or Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing). See Customer Data Extract in the Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service User Guides for more information about this process.
• Initial and incremental import of customer data into Oracle Utilities Customer Program Management Cloud Service. See Importing Customer-Related Data from a Customer Information System for details regarding this process. Customer Program Management Cloud Service can be configured to send an acknowledgement to Customer Cloud Service upon import of customer data.
