EV Hero Module

The EV Hero module welcomes the customer to their EV Charging Coach V3 email. The module welcomes the customer by name, provides the date range associated with the message (except when used in the introduction email), and includes an image that depicts an EV charging in the garage, and a kitchen with various appliances. Together, this information helps the user understand that this message provides energy insights related to EV charging as well as the rest of the home.

User Experience

This module includes:

Welcome Message: The welcome message varies depending on which email is delivered. In the introduction email, the welcome message introduces the reader to the email. By default, the message reads "<First Name>, Welcome to your Rate Coach for EV drivers". See the User Experience Variations below for details on how this message varies.

Welcome Message Variations

When this module is included in the Introduction email, the statement reads "<First Name>, Welcome to your Rate Coach for EV drivers".

When included in standard weekly emails, the welcome message reads ""Here’s how you used electricity this past week".

When included in the Post-Bill Report email, the welcome message changes to "<First Name>, Here's how you used electricity this past bill period" and is followed by the date range covered by the post-bill report.
