Post-event text messages inform customers about their performance during a recent peak event. These messages are typically delivered the day after the event, although delivery timing may vary. Message content does not differ by customer track, but may vary depending on whether the communication relates to a single-day peak event or a multi-day peak event.

The following is an example of a post-event text before a multi-day event for customers who did not earn a peak day rebate:

"On the last 2 peak days on 12/14, and 12/15, you earned $0 because you didn't reduce your electricity use. To save more energy next peak day, reduce air conditioner use or delay the use of large appliances. Visit (UTILITY WEBSITE) for details."
