Non-TOU Load Shifting Report Emails
Non-TOU Load Shifting Report emails help customers who are not on a TOU electric rate understand their energy usage. These emails are sent each week to inform customers about how they used energy over the past week, or the past bill period. These emails also educate customers about how they can shift their usage to times when there is lower demand on the utility grid.
The series of emails includes:
- Introduction email
- Weekly emails
- Post-Bill Report emails

Both types of reads are supported. At least 75% of possible reads for the current billing cycle (including estimated reads) is required to calculate the bill forecast.
