Publish Pages

Use the Publish Pages page to select the portal pages that are ready to publish. When page drafts are enabled in the portal administration settings, newly created pages and page edits are not visible to other users until you publish the page. Page publishing is available to the portal manager or members with the portal-level permission Basic Services: Edit Page Access and Structure (standard permissions) or Pages: Publish Pages (advanced permissions). Element	Description
Page Title	Select the checkbox next to each page draft that you want to publish or delete.
Last Modified	Shows the date, time, and user who last modified the page to create the latest page draft.
Last Published	Shows the date, time, and user who last published the page.
Delete	Select a page and click the Delete icon to delete the page draft. This deletes the page draft only, not the page itself.
Publish	Click to publish the selected page drafts.
