Resource Catalogs
Use the Resource Catalogs page to manage resource catalogs for all portals (if accessed through the Shared Assets page) or for the current portal (if accessed through the Assets page). More
Resource catalogs enable you to add resources to pages, page templates, page styles, and task flows. More
Only users with the application-level permission Create, Edit, and Delete Resource Catalogs
can manage shared resource catalogs. Users with the portal-level permission Create, Edit, and Delete Assets
(simple permissions model) or Create, Edit, and Delete Resource Catalogs
(detailed permissions model) can manage portal-level resource catalogs.
Element | Description |

Click to create a resource catalog. More In the Create New Resource Catalog dialog, specify a name and description for the new resource catalog, and optionally, the name of an existing resource catalog on which to base the new resource catalog. |

Click to delete the currently selected resource catalog. More You cannot delete the built-in resource catalogs. |

Click to open the Upload New Resource Catalog dialog, where you can enter the name of an AAR file to use to import a resource catalog into WebCenter Portal. More The AAR file can be located on the local file system or the file system on a server. |
|
Click to open the Download dialog, where you can export the selected resource catalog to an AAR file on your local file system or the file system on a server. The AAR file can then be edited in tools such as Oracle JDeveloper. More You cannot download the built-in resource catalogs. |

Select to indicate whether the resource catalog is published or not. More

Displays the user name of the user who last edited the resource catalog and the date and time at which the changes were made. |

Click Edit to edit the resource catalog. More You cannot edit the built-in resource catalogs. |
